Gerry Morgan began his professional career as a musician and achieved some success through out his 30+ years.

Morgan enrolled in college as an adult student and finished his post secondary education. Morgan attended a college business course at Heritage College in Quebec for 2 years agraduated from with honors.

After launching and operating his own Web Design / Internet Company for several years he developed a strategy for a “new Internet” for families and children by designing a robust content management system nicknamed the “New Internet”.

Morgan raised 5 million dollars from private placement and negotiated deals with several different companies in countries around the world for this technology with the goal of creating their own new Internet. These countries included Canada, the USA, China and Jordan.

Morgan successfully mediated an issue between two major technology partners. As a part of the resolution Morgan raised another 5 million in private placement and acquired one of the companies to get the development of the project back on track.

Morgan spent several years as the CEO, Chairman of the Board and largest shareholder of Stratus Globe Casting, a news delivery company. He designed the Internet delivery system for participating radio stations to download their newscasts on a regular basis.

Morgan also consults with organizations seeking his expertise and experience.

Morgan has appeared numerous times on national television and publications as an advocate for the rights of children by sharing his own life story.

Recently Morgan was contracted to develop a business plan for Niche Publishing owner of Aboriginaltimes, the most read Aboriginal publication in Canada.

Morgan graduated from Berklee School of Music as a producer in 2004 and is also the President of an Independent Record Label. Morgan owned a professional recording facility with his wife Estelle. The studio is currently being developed as a mobile rig.

Morgan currently lives in Wakefield Canada with his wife Estelle.

STRATUS GLOBE CASTING INC. - CEO - CHAIR OF BOARD - 2005-2006

Job Description - CEO - implement mandates of the Board of Directors…develop an operational business plan.

Brief description - set strategy and vision, create appropriate culture and build the management team. Designed and implemented delivery system for company.

TECHNOLOGY PARTNER WITH TENGTU INTERNATIONAL - 2004 - 2005

Partnership Mandate -Tengtu had a mandate directed by the PRC ministry of Education to provide a safe environment to educate the Chinese population using the Internet and complete the production of a unique LCMS.

Brief description - Morgan designed the safe Internet and founded Nicozone technologies, which he became the CEO of. Tengtu had an agreement with Lifelong Technologies in Montreal Canada. Lifelong was un-able to deliver as a result of severe project creep. Tengtu requested that Morgan mediate the outstanding concerns and get the deal and technology on track. Morgan successfully acquired the company and delivered the e-learning suite to China.  This included demonstrations of this technology and the content management suite to high profile Communist Party Members, top military leaders and private company / ISP and educational institutions in Beijing.

Negotiated LOI with ITG Solutions in Jordan to provide content management technology for Middle Eastern companies. Partnered with E-Learning Solutions and Mac Prescott to expand technology into North American markets.

NICOZONE TECHNOLOGIES – CEO / FOUNDER - 1997 – 2005

Job Description -Morgan founded Nicozone Technologies and raised 5 million dollars through private placement. The companies’ key mission was to design and build a safe Internet for Schools in North America by developing a robust content management system nicknamed the “new Internet”.

Brief description - Morgan designed the new Internet technology and founded Nicozone technologies, which he became the CEO of. Morgan designed the high level plan for the technology and negotiated several high profile deals for the licensing of the technology in China, the Middle East and North America. After several re-writes after testing, the technology was delivered to Tengtu China. Investor focus moved from Nicozone to Tengtu and Nicozone was abandoned after China received the technology.

Brief description - after graduating from Heritage College Morgan founded Torchlight Technologies. Morgan designed and implemented Internet presence and strategies for numerous companies in the Ottawa, Canada area.

After taking a sabbatical from the Music industry Morgan decided to return to School and get his certification in business management through a program at Heritage College in Hull Quebec in preparation for operating a Website Development business. Morgan graduated in 1994 with honors.

PROFESSIONAL MUSICIAN (DRUM SET) - 1986 – Present

Job Description - founded and became the leader of numerous bands in Canada.

Brief description - Morgan had a successful career in music touring and recording around North America (Canada and US). Morgan still performs on occasion with several projects. Morgan is a certified producer / engineer and owns his own recording facility with his wife.

PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER WBMW RECORDS - 2002 – 2008

Morgan founded WBMW Records as an Independent Record Label to promote young Talent from the Ottawa and surrounding area. Morgan invested his own capital and built D’Amour Road Studios which was a 64 track Pro Tools recording facility. Morgan has designed and is building a mobile recording rig under the name “theronnie.”
